Products and Services
Talman Studio provides educational resources, templates, guides, and related materials for nurse educators and other education professionals. Products may be offered as digital downloads, physical products, or both.
Talman Studio resources are intended for educational and professional-development purposes. They are not legal advice and do not replace institutional policies, academic procedures, clinical agency requirements, regulatory standards, or professional judgment.
Users are responsible for reviewing and adapting all materials to the requirements of their own institution, program, course, clinical setting, and applicable law.
Digital Products
Digital products are provided for the personal professional use of the purchaser unless a separate institutional or multi-user license has been purchased.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce for commercial use, upload to shared repositories, or otherwise make Talman Studio digital products available to others.
Editable files may be modified by the purchaser for their own professional use.
Institutional and Group Use
Purchase of an individual product does not authorize department-wide, school-wide, organizational, or other multi-user distribution.
Institutions or organizations wishing to provide Talman Studio resources to multiple faculty members should contact Talman Studio regarding licensing options.
Educational Content
Talman Studio makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational resources. Nursing education requirements, institutional policies, clinical standards, regulations, and professional expectations may change over time.
Customers remain responsible for confirming that any resource or suggested language is appropriate for their specific circumstances before use.
Purchases and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Digital products are generally made available electronically after successful payment. Shopify supports immediate delivery of downloadable digital goods through its digital-product system.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Talman Studio Return and Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All original Talman Studio content, including written materials, templates, graphics, product designs, branding, and downloadable resources, remains the intellectual property of Talman Studio unless otherwise stated.
Purchase grants the customer a limited license to use the purchased materials according to these Terms. It does not grant ownership, resale rights, or unrestricted distribution rights.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not use Talman Studio resources in a way that violates applicable law, institutional requirements, student or patient privacy, intellectual-property rights, or professional standards.
Customers should never enter protected student, patient, employee, or other confidential information into a resource or system that is not approved for that information.
Changes and Updates
Talman Studio may revise products, website content, pricing, or these Terms from time to time.
When updated digital product files are made available to prior purchasers, access to those updates may be provided at Talman Studio’s discretion unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Limitation of Responsibility
Talman Studio provides educational resources designed to support professional practice and decision-making. Talman Studio is not responsible for institutional decisions, employment decisions, academic outcomes, regulatory outcomes, or other consequences resulting from how a purchaser chooses to adapt or use the materials.
