Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable products from Talman Studio are final once the digital files have been delivered or made available for download.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products that have been successfully delivered.

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, receive an incorrect file, or believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact Talman Studio. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

If a digital file is found to be defective or inaccessible due to an issue with the file itself, we will provide a replacement or corrected file. When appropriate, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Physical Products

If Talman Studio offers physical products in the future, return and refund terms applicable to those products will be provided at the time of purchase.
